Yogyakarta - Yogyakarta city police, through the planning section, will conduct monitoring and evaluation (monev) and review of public service standards for a number of services, on Wednesday, (2/3) noon.
In patriatama room of Yogyakarta police, the monitoring and review activities of public services were officially opened by head of Planning Division of the Polresta, Kompol Khundori, S.Ag, followed by people in charge of implementing public services at Yogyakarta Police such as driving license services, police record certificate services, service centers integrated police, detention and evidence unit and criminal investigation unit.
In addition to implementing officers, the monitoring and evaluation of public services involves a number of community leaders, representatives of academics, representatives of business actors, representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations, and representatives of journalists.
Kompol Khundori said the purpose of this activity is to improve public services with stamdart service to provide convenience and comfort for parties, service users, as well as service providers and implementers and so that service standards are sustainable.
