KRATON – To minimize the spread of Covid-19, the Kraton Polresta Yogyakarta Police carried out social service activities to distribute free masks, Monday (14/02) Morning.
The distribution of masks took place at the Kraton State Elementary School and the Village of Mangkunegaran Panembahan Kraton Yogyakarta.
The Head of the Kraton Police, Kompol Sukamto, SH through the Head of Public Relations Aiptu Surono, said that the social service activity of distributing free masks was in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 transmission in the jurisdiction of the Yogyakarta Kraton police sector.
"Hundreds masks were given to childrens and peoples who do not use masks," he said.
It is hoped that after the distribution of free masks, the public will always be aware of the use of masks when leaving the house.
"Hopefully what we are doing can help the community in efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19," he concluded.
On that occasion, the community expressed their gratitude to the Kraton police officers who have cared for the community.
