Yogyakarta - The Yogyakarta Special Region Police held a handover ceremony (Sertijab) to the Regional Police Chief (Kapolda) of Yogyakarta, on Monday (7/2/2022).
After the handover ceremony, the Chief of Yogyakarta City Resort Police (Kapolresta), Kombes Pol Purwadi Wahyu Anggoro, S.I.K., M.H., was officially replaced by Kombes Pol Arif Bastari, S.I.K., M.H.
In his mandate, the DIY Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Drs. Asep Suhendar, M.Sc. said that the handover of positions is commonplace in the organization. The handover of this position aims to improve organizational and career performance.
"Congratulations to the new officials, continue the positive things that have been done by the previous officials. What has been achieved must be improved," he said.
The Kapolda also thanked the old officials for their services and dedication while serving at the Yogyakarta Regional Police. By being placed in a new position, hopefully the service and career undertaken can achieve success.
After the handover ceremony, the event continued with a group photo at the Anton Soedjarwo Polda DIY Building. The event was attended by the Main Officials of the Yogyakarta Regional Police while still complying with the Covid-19 Protocol.
