Yogyakarta - Dozens of personnel from the Samapta Unit, the Criminal Investigation Unit, and the Intelligence and Security Unit participated in the Joint Roll Call of KRYD Patrol (Improved Routine Activities), on Friday (11.2) near midnight.
The KRYD Patrol readiness call was held in the front yard of Polresta Yogyakarta which led by Superintendent Iptu Suwardi. The KRYD patrol is carried out by the police to minimize all forms of crime, specifically street crimes.
In the roll call implementation, the Supervisory Officer emphasized to the personnel regarding how to take action during the patrol execution.
"When you find a group of motorcycles that are suspected to be causing trouble, do an inspection," said Iptu Suwandi.
According to Iptu Suwandi, the inspection targets are concentrated on prohibited items including drugs, firearms, and sharp weapons. The Supervisory Officer added that the personnel were encouraged to undertake the inspection according to the standard operating procedures and maintained vigilance while on duty.
"To remain vigilant in undertaking tasks and reporting any developments to the leadership," concluded the Supervisory Officer in the roll call.
